Description

The antimicrobial badge holder is the must-have accessory to protect your badge from germs and viruses in environments where hygiene is key (hospitals, laboratories, pharmaceutical sites or even professional kitchens).

It is suitable for wearing a bank card size badge.

Innovative manufacturing

This rigid badge holder is mainly made of polypropylene, to which we add a permanent antibacterial additive with silver ions: the Biomaster. This manufacturing process results in a plastic that stops the spread of bacteria and viruses during the product lifetime.

How does the antimicrobial additive work?

Biomaster technology uses 3 ways to inhibit the growth of bacteria:

The additive attaches to the cell wall and prevents the proliferation of germs
Biomaster ions disrupt the production of enzymes and prevent the cell from producing energy
The additive interrupts the cell's DNA and prevents replication.

Harmless to health, this product is based on silver ion technology, recognized without harmful effects for centuries and meets the ISO 22196:2011 standard. It is much more powerful and effective than ordinary disinfectants and other antimicrobial agents.

Standard size badge holder

This badge holder can hold a card in CR-80 format (bank card format). Thanks to its opening on one side, you benefit from optimal readability of the information written on the badge. The insertion and extraction of the card are easily done on the right or on the left of the badge holder.

The one-piece manufacture of this badge holder ensures great robustness: it is cast in a single block and therefore has no welding or joints.

Its double perforation (round and oblong) allows it to adapt to all the clips and fasteners in our catalog: strap clips, badge reels or even zipcords.
