Badge Storage: Optimize the Reception and Organization of Your Events
Organizing a professional event, whether a trade show, congress, seminar, or general assembly, begins the moment participants arrive. Managing access badges is often a race against time that demands flawless logistics. To prevent endless queues and project a polished image from the very first seconds, Sogedex offers a comprehensive range of badge storage solutions. Our cases, trays, and racks are specially designed to classify, transport, and display your badges in a methodical and professional manner.
Filing tools for smooth and fast registration
At major gatherings, every second counts. Utilizing badge storage trays (or racks) allows you to sort your guests' cards and badges alphabetically or by category (visitors, exhibitors, VIPs, speakers).
Thanks to angled and well-spaced slots, first and last names remain perfectly visible to the reception staff. This ergonomic system significantly reduces search times at the desk, streamlines flow at the registration counter, and minimizes stress for logistics teams.
Transport cases: Secure your badges from the office to the venue
Badge preparation usually takes place in advance at your offices. To transport your printed badges and supplies to the event venue without risking mixing, scratching, or losing them, a badge transport case is an indispensable accessory.
Equipped with interior foam padding or compartments tailored to standard plastic card dimensions, our robust and lockable cases protect your items against transit shocks. Once on-site, they transform into true, ready-to-use workstations.
Racks and counter displays: Enhance your company's brand image
The reception desk is the showcase of your organization. Our badge racks, available in transparent acrylic, metal, or wood, offer a sleek and elegant look on your welcome counters. They allow you to provide visitors with blank badges, crocodile clips, or fastening accessories for self-service. Choosing a quality Sogedex display guarantees an impeccable presentation that reflects the care given to welcoming your partners.
📌 Complete your event equipment: To ensure your attendees can proudly wear their badges right out of the display rack, discover our essential flexible and rigid badge holders as well as our customizable lanyards branded with your event's colors.
