How to recognize a customizable product?
How long does it take to get a proof?
We send your proof after receiving your signed quotation and your graphic files (in the required format and definition): at the latest, the day after your request. Nevertheless, for some specific projects, the deadline can be extended if necessary.
In what format should I send my logo or graphic files?
We accept different formats of vectorized files: .eps .ai or vectorized pdf. These formats allow a better print quality of visuals.
How can I be sure that you respect my graphic guidelines?
To make sure we stick to your guidelines, you can send us your Pantone® color numbers. Thus, during the printing process, the colors we use will be as close to yours as possible.
What are the different of customization types?
